- Adult supervision is required for the inflatable at ALL times - Its2cool will not supply supervision.
- You are welcome to bring in your own food/drinks (excludes alcohol).
- You will be allowed to arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled start time to prepare for your event. We cannot allow any earlier due to the fact that we need to properly clean/sanitize prior to your arrival.
- CAN NOT TAPE ANYTHING TO WALL
- Sorry no Confetti what so ever including in balloons
- $75.00 Security Deposit is required. Clean-up is the responsibility of the customer. This deposit will be refunded upon inspection of clean up at the end of your event. The arena must be cleaned and in the same condition as they were upon arriving for your party.

- RAIN POLICY: You can reschedule your rental due to rain at no extra cost as long as 24 hour notice is given.
- OCCUPANCY: A maximum of 5-6 kids of equal size at one time for bounce houses, and 1 person at a time for slides is what most inflatable manufacturers recommend.
- CLEANING: All units are cleaned and sanitized before use.
